🔄 Subscription & Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel those types of purchases.


📦 Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it before the renewal date.

You can cancel or update your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting us.

🕒 Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is out of stock or coming soon.

You may be charged either a partial deposit or full payment at checkout.

Your payment method may be securely stored, and full payment (if not already collected) will be charged when the item ships.

You may cancel any pre-order that has not yet shipped for a full refund.

If the item has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled — but you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
